Designed as a high-efficiency alternative to traditional 400W metal halide high bay fixtures, this commercial LED high bay provides powerful downward lighting through a 90° beam angle for warehouses, factories, distribution centers, workshops, gymnasiums, retail facilities, and other high-ceiling applications.

The wide 120-277V AC input allows the fixture to operate across common commercial voltage systems, making it suitable for a wide range of professional lighting installations. Its durable black die-cast aluminum housing provides a rugged commercial appearance while the compact UFO design helps deliver high-output illumination without the bulky profile of traditional high bay fixtures.

A 6-foot cable is included for electrical connection. A power plug is not included, so the fixture can be connected according to the requirements of the electrical installation. The light is UL & cUL Listed and backed by a 3-year warranty for added confidence in commercial and industrial applications.

How to start a return: Contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) at +1-844-957-0718 or support@switchtoled.com. Returns without an RMA can’t be accepted.

Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Please pack securely.

Who pays return shipping? If we made an error (incorrect item, defective on arrival, or missing parts), we’ll provide a prepaid label. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund timing: After your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank processing may add time).
