How to start a return: Contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) at +1-678-538-7884 or support@switchtoled.com. Returns without an RMA can’t be accepted.
Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Please pack securely.
Who pays return shipping? If we made an error (incorrect item, defective on arrival, or missing parts), we’ll provide a prepaid label. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
