The SwitchToLED Even-Glow COB LED Strip Light delivers flawless, dot-free illumination with advanced chip-on-board (COB) technology. Engineered with a high density of 146 LEDs per foot (480 LEDs/m), it produces a seamless line of light with no visible hotspots—ideal for modern interiors and reflective surfaces such as countertops, tile, and glass. Available in Warm White 3000K and Cool White 6000K, this strip outputs up to 232 lumens per foot, delivering a total of 7,600 lumens across 32ft (10m). Built with an IP65 waterproof rating, it withstands outdoor conditions, making it perfect for patios, decks, kitchens, and bathrooms. The strip is cuttable every 1.97 inches (50mm) for custom installations, and its flexible design with 3M adhesive backing ensures effortless mounting on flat, curved, or angled surfaces. We want you to love your lighting. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: Contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) at +1-678-538-7884 or support@switchtoled.com. Returns without an RMA can’t be accepted.

Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Please pack securely.

Who pays return shipping? If we made an error (incorrect item, defective on arrival, or missing parts), we’ll provide a prepaid label. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund timing: After your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank processing may add time).

Damaged on arrival: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos of the packaging and the item so we can issue an RMA and a prepaid label.

Warranty claims: Products under warranty must be returned for inspection. After 30 days, customers cover inbound shipping; approved warranty replacements ship back to you at no cost.
