  • ON/OFF: Power your LED strips on or off at any time.

  • DIM/CCT:

    • For single color LEDs: Toggle preset brightness levels (20%, 50%, 100%).

    • For CCT LEDs: Cycle through 100% cool white, 50/50 cool/warm white, and 100% warm white with short press; stepless increase or decrease with long press.

  • Brightness + / -: Adjust brightness quickly with short presses, or fine tune with long presses.

  • DIY Memory Keys (DIY1 & DIY2):

    • Enter customization mode by pressing a DIY key three times within 3 seconds.

    • Use DIM/CCT and Brightness buttons to set desired lighting.

    • Save settings by pressing the same DIY key once, or exit without saving by pressing ON/OFF or the other DIY key.

    • Settings must be saved within 30 seconds.

Wireless Code Programming and Synchronization

  • Unlimited system size: Multiple controllers and remotes can be paired in one system.

  • Code Matching:

    • Clear old codes before pairing new remotes to avoid interference.

    • Hold DIY1 for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode; lights flash 3 times upon success.

  • Code Clearing:

    • Power on the receiver, then hold DIY2 for 5 seconds to clear codes and return to factory state.

  • Code Learning Between Remotes:

    • Main remote: Hold DIY1 for 5 seconds to transmit code.

    • New remote: Hold ON/OFF for 5 seconds to learn code; indicator confirms success.

  • Remote Learning from Controllers:

    • Turn off controllers, hold ON/OFF on remote for 5 seconds, power on controllers; remote confirms pairing.

  • Factory Reset of Remote:

    • Hold ON/OFF for 20 seconds until LED cycles (100%-off-100%), then press DIY2 to confirm.

We want you to love your lighting. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: Contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) at +1-844-957-0718 or support@switchtoled.com. Returns without an RMA can’t be accepted.

Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Please pack securely.

Who pays return shipping? If we made an error (incorrect item, defective on arrival, or missing parts), we’ll provide a prepaid label. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund timing: After your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank processing may add time).

Damaged on arrival: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos of the packaging and the item so we can issue an RMA and a prepaid label.

Warranty claims: Products under warranty must be returned for inspection. After 30 days, customers cover inbound shipping; approved warranty replacements ship back to you at no cost.
