What you’ll find in this collection

• Retrofit LED downlights: Ideal for replacing standard “can lights” (also called pot lights or canless downlights) already embedded in the ceiling. Remove the old bulb and trim, insert our LED module or driver, and you’re done. Fast installation, minimal disruption.

• Canless downlights: For new installs or shallow cavities where a traditional can housing isn’t feasible. These models install directly into the ceiling with integrated junction boxes — perfect for remodels, low-profile ceilings, or drop-ceiling applications.

• Flush-mount & trimless downlights: For a truly minimalist aesthetic. These fixtures sit almost flush with the ceiling surface, with clean lines and no visible trim lip. Great for contemporary interiors or high-end commercial installs.

• Commercial-grade downlights: Built for performance, with features like 0–10 V dimming, 120-277 V compatibility, high lumen output, and crisp 5000 K white light — suitable for offices, retail, hospitality, and large-scale projects.

Key features to look for

• IC-rated vs non-IC rated installations: IC-rated models can have insulation resting directly on the fixture (safe for new construction and retrofit applications). Non-IC rated models require at least 3″ clearance between metal housing and insulation. Trim styles & lighting effects: From baffle trims (soft, diffuse light) to gimbal or reflector trims (accent or directional lighting) — we cover a full array to suit ambient, task or accent lighting needs. 

• Colour temperature and dimming control: Choose from warm white (2700–3000 K) for cozy spaces, natural/cool white (3500–4000 K) for living/kitchen areas, or daylight (5000 K) for commercial zones. Many models come with selectable CCT or full dimming down to 10%.

• Energy & performance: LED downlights offer long lifetimes, very low maintenance and heavy energy savings versus traditional incandescent or halogen cans — especially important for large-scale or multi-unit installations.

• Installation convenience: Many retrofit models work with existing housing and wiring; canless models include integrated driver and junction box for faster, cleaner install.

• Aesthetic integration: Our flush-mount and trimless models give you the clean ceiling look preferred in modern architecture, design studios and high-end interiors.

How to choose the right model

1. Existing ceiling housing or new install?

   • If you already have a can: look at retrofit models compatible with your housing diameter (3″, 4″, 6″ etc.).

   • If not: consider canless or slim flush-mount models for new cuts.

2. Insulation contact? If insulation sits directly over the ceiling, ensure you choose an IC-rated model.

3. Desired light effect & colour: Decide if you want ambient wide beam, accent narrow beam, or adjustable CCT.

4. Dimming & driver compatibility: Confirm your dimmer switch is compatible with the model (triac/ELV vs 0-10 V).

5. Finish & trim style: Choose baffle, reflector, gimbal or trimless depending on your ceiling and design aesthetic.
